CPT Construction

Sixteen Years. One Operating Model.

CPT Construction has spent over a decade building a reputation on a single principle: we do what we say we will do. That means showing up on schedule, delivering to specification, and handing over finishes that last.

Most Division 9 scopes are split across multiple independent trades. Each trade has its own contract, its own supervision, and its own accountability limit. When something goes wrong, the GC resolves it.

CPT replaces that structure. We self-perform every division 9 scope - metal framing, drywall, insulation, acoustic ceilings, taping, painting and flooring - under a single contract. There is no handoff period where accountability transfers. Or disappears.

Developers, General Contractors and Construction management firms who award a Division 9 scope to CPT do not manage it. CPT does.

Interior construction in progress

One accountable interior contractor.

One contract covers the interior scope. Schedule, quality, and closeout stay with the same responsible team.

The handoff point is where quality disappears.

CPT removes that handoff. The crew that establishes the substrate stays accountable through finish standard and final inspection.

01 / Split Trade Scope

  • Multiple independent contracts
  • Separate supervision by trade
  • Coordination pressure left with the GC

02 / CPT Model

  • One Division 9 contract
  • Directly employed interior crews
  • Schedule, quality, and closeout stay with CPT

Five Principles. No Exceptions.

Embrace Challenges

Hard scopes, compressed schedules, difficult regulatory environments. When a project presents a problem, the crew finds a way through and executes. No escalation. No delay.

Do It Right

Right materials. Right tradespeople. Right finish. No shortcuts, no excuses, even when no one's watching.

Full Responsibility

Every deadline, outcome, and issue on a CPT scope belongs to CPT. Problems surface early and get resolved before they reach the client.

Win Together

The crew on site and the client awarding the work are working toward the same outcome. Open communication. Consistent follow-through. No surprises.

Safety First

Every person goes home safe. That's the one thing we'll never compromise on.
